Have we completely forgotten this saying. Because it seems like in politics we have. Since when was it ok for grown adults to act like 5 year olds. "Wawawa!" I'm not getting my way so I'm going to call everyone else names and not do anything useful.

The Rebulicans in congress are so freakin' happy to have a republican in Ted Kennedy's seat so he can stall the Health Care progress. And frankly I don't blame them, everyone can agree that there is major problems with health care in this country, but the Democrats plan doesn't seem to fix any problems, it just plans on putting more people into a broken system. But, Republicans and those who oppose, just cause you don't agree with the bill being drawn up, you can't just dig in your heels, say NO, and do nothing else. Where is the counter proposal from the opposition!?!

I thought the point of a two-party system was to have opposing views and then work to find a middle ground. Where is the middle ground? I propose that a bill be created that addresses tort litigation, malpractice premiums, and other actual causes of the high cost to health care. Once we have tried to fix the broken system, then we can worry about getting everyone covered.

Change to Fantasize About. We sure have heard a lot about change in this years election. Who’s gonna change what & how I can change government better than the other guy. But here’s the thing we all learned in sixth grade US History that we all seemed to have forgotten. The President of the United States is essentially a figure-head whose main job is foreign policy. But since everyone is so caught up in the hype Joel Castillo promises to change everything too. Everything that you don’t like about the government from now until the 2020 elections will be made for the better. We’ll tax you less but do more for you. Who needs to work when there’s handouts for everyone and you can believe that whatever country or ethnic group you’re afraid of, we’ll bomb them back to the stone-age. The average American Farm that has $250,000 in sales only nets about $25,000 from farming. That same farmer only made about $1,700 from farming — or about 82 cents an hour for a 40-hour work week, and that’s with government support. With the advent in 2007 of corn being passed as the number one cash crop, by over $12.5 million dollars, its time to legalize marijuana. If it hasn’t been done by 2020, Joel Castillo promises to take half of the 92.9 million acres of land being used for a plant that can’t even be digested and replace it with one that will keep our citizens happy, hungry and questioning the world around them. Its time to stop our children from giving their money to Columbian farmers and put it in the pockets of the hardworking american farmers. Joel Castillo – common sense for the common man.

Education Platform

Lets face it, education is important. And it’s about time something was done about it. The Castillo-Terryson plan for 2020 is more of everything. Starting with this, more of you parents taking responsibility for your kids and teaching them something. Education starts at home and when you don’t show an interest, neither will they. No matter how many more teachers, books or tests we put into the system in the future it won’t help. So from now until 2020, when Joel Castillo runs for office, why don’t you do your part. Make sure your child does their homework and actually goes to school. Try enrolling them in an after school activity, and if they receive poor grades, punish them for it.
